Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
General Return Guidelines
- Items must be unused/unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and received at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery.
- We offer refunds to the original payment method, minus return shipping costs.
- You can request a return label by emailing help@sammyandnat.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- Returns are processed within 3–5 business days of receipt and inspection.
Final Sale Items – Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Sale or promotional items.
- Hair accessories and earrings.
- Holiday-themed items (including gifts, toys, and apparel).
- Personalized, monogrammed, or custom-made products.
- Items sold by third-party vendors.
No price adjustments will be made on items purchased before or after a sale.
Holiday Extended Return Policy
For purchases made between November 1 – December 24, we offer extended exchanges through January 15th.
- Holiday returns will be refunded as store credit only.
- Final Sale exclusions apply (see list above).
- Returned items must be received by January 15th to be eligible.
Monogrammed & Custom Items
- Monogrammed items are final sale.
- Each item is individually stitched by hand-guided machine—minor variations are normal.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for monogram processing.
Shipping Issues
Incorrect Address
- Sammy + Nat is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately at help@sammyandnat.com, and we’ll do our best to correct it.
- If an order is returned due to an invalid address, the customer is responsible for re-shipment fees.
Lost or Missing Packages
- We are not liable for lost or stolen packages due to courier error.
- We will assist in filing carrier claims and investigating any missing shipments.
- If a package is returned to us, re-shipping fees will apply.
Pima Cotton Pajamas Notice
Our pajamas are made from untreated 100% Pima cotton. To comply with CPSC safety regulations, they are snug-fitting and not treated with flame retardants.
We recommend sizing up in all pajamas.
We cannot accept any pajama returns that have been washed, worn, or are missing tags.
