Shipping policy

At Sammy + Nat, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the details below to understand our shipping process, timelines, and exceptions.
Standard Ground Shipping

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This excludes monogram/custom items.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Free Ground Shipping is offered on orders over $100 (after discounts, before taxes).
Exclusions apply for oversized items or special handling.
Expedited Shipping

Expedited orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase.

Note: Expedited shipping does not apply to orders containing monogrammed or personalized items, which require additional processing time (see below).

Monogrammed & Personalized Items

Monogrammed products are made to order and take approximately 7-10 business days to complete before shipping.

This timeline does not include transit time.

If your order includes both monogrammed and non-monogrammed items, your shipment may be delayed until all items are ready, unless otherwise arranged.
Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items have estimated ship dates noted on the product page.

These items ship separately once available.

If your order includes in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship the entire order once all items are available unless otherwise noted.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you catch an error before the order ships, email help@sammyandnat.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to make corrections, but cannot guarantee changes after processing.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any re-shipment fees.
Missing, Lost, or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

Sammy + Nat is not liable for delays, lost, or stolen packages due to courier error or delivery issues.

We will assist in filing any necessary claims with the carrier and help recover the package to the best of our ability.

If your package is marked “delivered” but not received, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office or carrier hub before contacting us.

Orders returned to us due to non-delivery or incorrect address will be held for 7 business days. Re-shipment will only occur once additional shipping fees are paid.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
